Two resident internal doctors from the Family and Community Medicine specialty of Guadalajara have created a communication channel via Instagram from which they share content aimed at promoting health and preventing disease. Cynthia Mart铆n Paredes and Silvia Altabas are currently pursuing their specialty in Family Medicine in the health centers of the Guadalajara Integrated Area Management. In September they launched an Instagram channel in which they have been uploading content with which they intend to continue the training and face-to-face activities of 'Health Education' that are usually carried out in Primary Care centers and that have had to be suspended due to the health crisis.
