Central Shenandoah EMS Council announced that Jeremy Green, a nationally registered paramedic and certified Virginia Education Coordinator, has joined its staff as a full-time EMS educator.The addition of Jeremy to the staff is key to the EMS Councils ability to offer a full range of EMS educational programming stanley cup to include its聽new online emergency medical technician EMT programs.Prior to joining CSEMS, Green聽served as a full time paramedic and shift supervisor for the Waynesboro First Aid Crew 鈥?a position he has held since 2009. While employed at WFAC, he聽also served on the agencys Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Committee and served as a regional preceptor. As a regional preceptor, Green聽has assisted with the field training of new EMS providers in the region.Additionally, Green聽served in the United States National Guard as an infantryman and combat life saver from 2006 to 2013, serving two tours of duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
