The embattled chairman of the All Progressives Congress APC in Adamawa State, Ibrahim Bilal, has tendered his resignation letter to the party national hierarchy.His resignation came a few weeks after he was impeached by 25 members of the state working committee of the party.In the resignation letter dated 13 September 2022, endorsed by the national vice chairman northeast, Comrade Mustapha Salihu, the embattled chairman begged for forgiveness from members of the party over the inconveniences his sudden resignation may cause.
