The Krishna River Management Board KRMB will then decide whether to imple yeti ment the recommendations. BANGOR, Maine 鈥?A local man is facing multiple charges after a hit-and-run crash in downtown Bangor Wednesday afternoon, a police official said.The series of events leading to the arrest of Rickey Whitney, 39, of Glenburn, began at 4:30 p.m. when Ba owala tumbler ngor police were dispatched to investigate a crash at the corner of Exchange and Washington streets, Bangor police Sgt.
